Marketing and Communications Coordinator for AIE

Academy of Interactive Entertainment, Australia's leading provider of education for game development and 3D animation is seeking an energetic 'people' person to manage our marketing and communications in Sydney and Canberra. This is a new position. You will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategy, managing events and functions, liaising with media, prospective students and various education partners.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be highly organised and thrive on challenges in a dynamic environment
- Have relevant experience or qualifications in marketing or communications
- Be able to form and build relationships with key industry, education and media contacts

Desirable:
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and email
- Knowledge of the Australian Vocational Education system and the AQF
- Commitment to quality assurance
- Graphic design awareness
- Interest in computer games and 3d animation
- Current drivers license and access to a vehicle
