Marketing Director for THQ Asia Pacific

We’re seeking an experienced Executive to join our organisation as the Marketing Director (Asia Pacific). You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the region’s marketing activities, including overall responsibility for marketing budgets and product release schedules for the region.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Working with global brand teams to develop global product portfolio.
- Working with Leadership team to drive growth throughout the region.
- Overseeing the development of marketing strategies to meet sales targets for APAC territories.
- Building first party relationships across the region to garner support for key titles.
- Maintain relationships with key licensors.
- Manage the ANZ marketing team, ensuring regular communication with territory Marketing Managers;
- Employee performance - ensuring marketing goals are achieved.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Gaming or similar industry (preferred).
- Experience in dealing with 3rd party licenses/partners (preferred).
- Proven ability to network and build strong professional relationships.
- Strong leadership skills, with an ability to motivate a successful team.
- Strong commercial business acumen with high-level analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- An ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment and industry.
