Gameplay Programmers for Halfbrick Studios
Halfbrick Studios, the highly successful Brisbane based studio behind such titles as Fruit Ninja (iPhone/iPad), Raskulls (XBLA) and Age of Zombies (PSP Minis) is seeking Gameplay Programmers to join one of our teams for an upcoming iPhone / iPad project.
This is a fulltime in-house programming position.
About the Studio
Halfbrick studios was founded in 2001 and since then has carefully and successfully expanded to over 35 staff today. We have successfully released over 16 titles across multiple platforms ranging from the Nintendo DS/DSi right through to Xbox Live Arcade and new mobile platforms such as the iPhone / iPad and Andriod.
About our Teams
Our people work in smaller, self directed teams and are given opportunities to contribute to both the design and implementation across all of our games. As a Halfbrick programmer, you will be given the freedom to work across multiple areas, from mechanic prototyping, gameplay programming right through to engine development. You will be able to make significant contributions to every game you work on.

What you need to have:
We are seeking programmers who can demonstrate the following abilities.
• Strong knowledge of C++.
• Ability to self manage tasks.
• Possesses a strong sense of gameplay design and theory.
• Ability to quickly prototype and demonstrate gameplay mechanics.
• Previous iPhone or Nintendo DS experience beneficial but not mandatory.
