With continued growth on the horizon the studio has a rare and exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced individual to take the operational reigns as Studio General Manager.
The Studio General Manager’s key goal will be to maintain and build a studio capable of producing great, financially successful products. He or she will be responsible for the overall health, productivity and success of the studio and to develop and maintain motivation, communication, and accountability tools.
This position will be responsible for overall operations function of the studio including managing communication with the parent company (Take 2 Interactive), implementing appropriate mitigation strategies and identifying key areas within the studio for development and improvement.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have a solid background in executive level operations management from within a creative environment such as games development, film, artistic production or the entertainment industry. You will be able to demonstrate strong financial management skills and a high level of business acumen coupled with proven leadership ability, exceptional communication skills along with past experience and a genuine interest in joining a creative and technical group undergoing rapid growth.
