Day to day management of studio and site operations, maintaining a healthy and functional work environment for the whole team.
Help foster positive company culture, coordinate team feedback rounds, and review and approve employee leave requests
Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts, as well as LoG's work experience and internship program, in partnership with leadership team and company directors
Manage company admin@ and careers@ inboxes
Maintain all non-IT resources and purchasing (comparison shopping for equipment, supplies, resources, etc) required for the team to work effectively
Coordinate and support studio and departmental meetings and events, as well as external events, trade show appearances and team travel arrangements
Manage all external service vendors (plants, IT, real estate, etc)
Alleviate company directors and producers of general organisational studio admin and support the scaling of the studio, understanding the business requirements, and crafting and actioning plans
