We are looking for an experienced and talented game designer with great instincts and a knack for lateral thinking who can champion the player experience and deliver on the studio’s goals in equal measure.
You will be a senior member of LoG’s design department. As such, you are not expected to know everything nor must you be a master of all areas of design. You are a generalist, with a deep specialisation that can contribute to a team where each member possesses complementary skills and perspectives.
You are capable of realising our design philosophies in the form of elegant and engaging content and solutions. You will have a strong aptitude for on-the-spot critical thinking and analysis with the ability to adapt to various forms of problem solving, demonstrate outstanding people skills, an acute sense for visual aesthetics, boundless creativity, and a long-standing passion for design. You will work closely with production and departmental directors to meet goals and work within constraints, whilst executing upon the best possible player experience, balancing tried and true solutions with wonderfully unexpected innovations.
As an agile team, we love experienced generalists possessing deep specialisations and this is an excellent opportunity for you to invest in your skillset, whilst having a major impact on the experiences we create and deliver to our players. We are committed to building one of the best working environments in the world and you will become a core member of the LoG family, making that a reality. Not to mention you’ll be part of our planning meetings, design discussions, and of course Friday afternoon events, weekly LoG Dog Day, and more.
If you’re keen to work with one of the world’s leading independent studios and get in on the ground floor for our unannounced project, helping to shape our new, original IP, we want to hear from you.
Women and underrepresented developers we want to hear from you. We pride ourselves on our inclusive work environment and output, so we’d love to work with you!
