An excellent bit of promotional video was released this week which features Robert Khoo (President of Operations and Business Development, Penny Arcade Expo) and Tony Reed (CEO, Game Developers' Association of Australia) on the highly anticipated 2013 PAX Aus, coming to Melbourne on the 19th to the 21st of July.
The promo focuses on the city of Melbourne which boasts a strong gaming industry, vibe and culture, being the perfect fit for the world famous Penny Arcade Expo. The video contains sweeping camera pans of a very picturesque Melbourne overlayed with some neat pixel art animation, and has some great commentary on the games produced in OZ and the growing independent scene by Reed who, himself, is no stranger to organising awesome events.
Three-day passes to PAX Aus 2013 have sold out and single pass tickets for Saturday are also unavailable. Single day passes for Friday and Sunday can still be purchased, but you better hurry up soon if you want to check out this year's biggest gaming expo in Australia!
