Ok :) Seems that its getting to that time of year again.
I think a get together of all the people at AGDC from Sumea would be a great. We got a bit of one going last year and it was great fun.
I was thinking about actually having two gatherings:
A pre AGDC "get to know each other" on the Thursday eve.
A Saturday night run around Melbourne after the Sony party.
So whos going and whos intersted! Any suggestions?

Red X marks the approximate spot of the Blue Train (ok, so perhaps blue may have been a more appropriate color, but hey, I'm a programmer so I plead lack of artistic talent [:P])
Blue box thing is where the stairs/lifts are - it's on the floor above the ground floor (also known as the first floor, aka second if you're from the US and I'm remembering their conventions properly ;)
Yeah Automatic is the same thing, just subsidised by the stupidity taxes that people pay the one-armed bandits at the casino [;)]

We will be eatting at a place called Blue Train that is at South Bank (past Crown Casino) at 6:30pm on Thursday the 20th.
I will be at the Convention Center from 5:45pm - 6:15pm then will walk over to Blue Train with whom ever meets me at the Convention Center.
CombatWombat will be waiting over at Blue Train for those who care to go directly to the meet.

Unfortunately due to work commitments, I was unable to make it to Melbourne, but I would definitely love to meet up with some people from here. Since there are a few AIE atendees, perhaps a Canberra meeting?
