3 days a week Part-time/ Flexible / Negotiable Contract, 2-3 months duration. Remote within Australia/NZ/ or Similar timezone

DragonBear Studios is looking for a talented Tech Artist to help us enhance and imbue Innchanted with more magic, sparkle and shaders.

Criteria

  • Experience creating VFX and PFX in Unity

  • Strong understanding of the aesthetic principles of real-time VFX

  • Excellent written/verbal communications skills -

  • Shader development experience (ShaderGraph / Amplify / code-based)

  • Photoshop experience or equivalent (ClipStudio, Krita, Affinity)

  • 3D asset creation experience (Blender, Maya, 3dsMax) - Substance Designer/FilterForge experience a bonus

  • Motivated, organised and confident - Ideally looking for someone who can take ownership of this area of the game and run with it!

    Desirable but not a deal breaker

  • 2+ shipped Commercial Titles

  • 2+ years of experience as technical artist in a game development studio
