We specialise in using cutting edge technologies to deliver our clients vision over a multitude of varying media outputs such as; virtual reality, 3d real time environments, film, video, web and print.

Responsibilities:
• Create high quality, accurate low polygon 3D models and textures based on source material provided. Source material maybe provided as; reference photos, CAD files or technical drawings.
•
Create assets that fit within polygon and memory budgets based on current generation game engine technology standards.
•
Work efficiently within a team and independently while delivering tasks on time.
• Take direction and work closely with Art team lead.
Requirements:
• Advanced skills in 3D Studio Max or any other high end 3D modelling software.
• Must be highly proficient using Adobe Photoshop for texture creation and some graphic design work.
• General knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for basic post-production work.
• Experience working with a variety of game engines and a thorough understanding of the exporting process.
• Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Possess the ability to quickly learn and adapt to Art production pipelines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Talented and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Portfolio demonstrating your best and most recent work. Art related degree and/or comparable professional experience a bonus but not necessary.

I wish to apply for a Junior 3D artist position at Real Serious Games . I hold a Bachelor of Interactive Entertainment (major in animation) and eager to work in the field of CG animation and video games. I have completed a 3 month Internship with Planet 55 studios in 2D animation working together with the staff on character animation to character sheets/style guides as well as 3D modelling. Throughout this internship, I gained practical experience working in a team to produce an animation.
I have various expertise within the computer graphics (CG) field including; animation, character modelling, character rigging, character texturing and 3D compositing. I have experience using Autodesk 3Ds Max even though I predominantly use Autodesk Maya.
My cheerful and friendly nature allows me to interact with other working colleagues which I consider to be an asset to my personality.My knowledge with computer literacy is excellent and adaptable when it comes to learning new software. I am very observant and confident when it comes to problem solving and an active listener. I am able to prioritize my time efficiently and meet strict deadlines as well as being punctual, organised, and being multitask.
