We’re looking for a Producer to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Snap Games Studio team, you will manage team and product tasks, schedules, roadmaps and ensure everyone is on track to achieve our game production goals. Working from our Brisbane, Australia headquarters, you’ll lead creative project planning, drive communication with other teams around the world to ensure cross-functional efficiency, and maintain focus on delivering high quality games for our players.

What you’ll do:

  • Run schedules, task and backlog tracking, sprints, burndowns and other associated production tasks for all Snap Games Studio projects
  • Work closely with each team member to ensure everyone has what they need to complete tasks on times
  • Schedule and lead creative brainstorming sessions, prototyping phases and team learning exercisess
  • Identify and plan additional training and learning opportunities for team members, taking advantage of Snap's network of resources and external programss
  • Schedule and facilitate relevant group meetings and presentations relevant to our game roadmapss
  • Drive communication between other Snap teams and remote workers to ensure efficiency and alignment across all projectss
  • Organize and lead game playtests, focus groups and other learning opportunities, reporting results to stakeholderss
  • Write, maintain and share documentation associated with game developments

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in production, project management, technical or creative fieldss
  • 3+ years professional production or project management experiences
  • Experience with task tracking and team management software (eg. JIRA, Confluence, Trello)s
  • Confidence working in a technical environment, communicating with and learning from different team members with specialized skillss

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to details
  • Ability to take thorough notes and synthesize verbal and open discussions into concrete planss
