I've received the word that War World has been released! War World is a mech combat game developed by Third Wave Games, which is an international team with people in America, England, and Australia. From an old Sumea news story, Third Wave Games was formed by games industry veterans Morten Broderson (previous studio director for Blue Tongue), Johnni Christensen, and Phillip Tavel (previous creative director for Blue Tongue). Check out the War World website where you can find a tonne of information about the game, including a download link for the demo which you can play online with! Very cool :)

i'd love to give it a go - unfortunatly i don't have broadband so i wont be getting it any time soon or playing it online.
what i really like though is that's is purchaseable entirly online, which is great. only about S32 aswell for the full game - i want to buy the game simply becuase it's so cheep! We pay far too much for games in Australia, so lets hope more companies begin doing this and retail prices have to drop as well to keep up. Cheep affordable games for all! It can only help the market grow.
