Nocturnal Entertainment Australia (a Melbourne based company) have announced that their GBA title "Pocket Arcade Classics" has been picked up by US publisher "Telegames USA" for worldwide publishing and distribution. The game will be part of Telegames 'Ultimate...' GBA series, and will go under the title of "Ultimate Arcade Games".
Nocturnal will retain all IP rights to the game (except for the title which is owned by the publisher).
The Nocturnal CEO wants to especially thank everyone at Multimedia Victoria (especially Mark Bishop), Sumea & Tantalus CEO Tom Crago for their support. The Tantalus connection is a special one, as the two founding members of Nocturnal (Michael Shamgar & James Hudson) are both ex-Tantalus employees. Thanks also go out to IR Guru's boss Mike Fegan.
Nocturnal will be fully supporting the upcoming FreePlay conference, and will be making another major announcement in the coming weeks.
