Melbourne, 23 November 2006 - Dissecta presents Nathan Keir (aka Kermitt Quirk), one of Second Life's most successful entrepreneurs, at Dissecta's last event for 2006 Beyond Games: SL, Tringo, and Other Stories to be held Tuesday 28th November.

Nathan will speak about the virtual world that is Second Life, his avatar Kermitt Quirk, and the game Tringo. Tringo, inspired by Tetris and bingo, is a game developed by Nathan in Second Life which has since moved to the real world, having been released on the Nintendo GBA overseas by Crave Entertainment (a basic web version can be played at www.tringo.com).

Beyond Games: SL, Tringo, and Other Stories also features media clips for some of the more interesting Christmas holiday game releases including Warhammer Mark of Chaos and Medieval 2 Total War, followed by complimentary after show drinks and games: go hands on with Guitar Hero 2 and check out the world of VastPark on the Dissecta PC.

Beyond Games: SL, Tringo, and Other Stories will be held at the Australian Games Innovation Centre Melbourne, Tuesday 28th November starting at 6:30pm - booking essential (see Bookings and Venue below for details).
