About Us

MITA Studios is a high potential game development startup based in Sydney.  We have an ambitious mission to create one of the most definitive games of this decade by re-defining the multiplayer shooter genre, and setting a new benchmark in gameplay experience.  On the way to achieving this goal, we have reached a major pre-production milestone by completing our creative ideation and game design process.  With our vision laid out in detail we are now preparing to move onto technical design and prototyping, before we raise our next funding round and scale to full production.

The Role

Joining the team at the pre-production phase, you will be in partnership with our studio co-founders to deliver this game right through to production release.

As Lead Technical Director your initial areas of ownership will include key Technical Design planning activities:

 - Requirements Capture and Requirements Analysis

 - Key requirement analysis recommendations around the people, technology and processes

 - Coordinating technical design activities in order to produce a TDD capable of delivering the GDD vision.

 - Spearhead early stage prototyping to validate TDD specifications

Requirements
