Libitina, Death Incarnate. A goddess of death, Libitina takes the form of a ghostly, giant raven. She is merciless & ferocious, & has only the desire to take souls into the afterlife.

A poster done for the 2014 BlizzCon Original Art Contest. I decided to approach the contest with a different style and limited colour palette to submit something different from the painterly digital art that is submitted every year.

The Sindragosa-esque dragon makes the shape of the Lick King's helm, while his sward sits in the snow in front of the approaching lich army.
