Job Description

 

We are looking for  passionate individuals who can bring a customer and quality centric approach to the quality assurance process. As a quality assurance analyst, you will take part in the crucial work of testing our games to ensure they meet the high standards for quality we and our players expect. You will work alongside other QA team members on our games, fully embedded with development teams to perform quality assurance activities across the full lifecycle of our titles. You will advocate for our players, offer insightful, kind, and respectful feedback, create vital test suites and documentation based on project sources of truth, and advocate for the constant intentional improvement of quality assurance as an embedded game development practice in our industry.

We're seeking experienced video games QA Analysts with a minimum of five years experience in QA. 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in text with local and remote staff, customers, and partner representatives.
  • Utilise industry-standard QA techniques and work within standards-led, carefully customised software development methodologies.
  • Use cutting-edge automation technologies to supplement our human-led QA activities.
  • Document observed bugs or failures clearly, and with as much supporting evidence as possible.
  • Advocate for our players’ experience, contributing directly to their enjoyment of our games.
  • Report on build health and test coverage using industry standard reporting techniques.
  • Contribute to ongoing QA process development and improvement.
  • Liaise and coordinate with external testing teams.
  • Confidently manage your time.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills (hint: write a great cover letter!)
