Sony is planning on distributing dev kits for the PlayStation Portable locally, according to Screenplay:
Sony Computer Entertainment Europe is sponsoring the scheme which will offer a "significant number" of PSP development kits plus crucial technical support to local developers.
The program will be co-ordinated with the help of the GDAA and Queensland and Victorian state governments.
