"retailers had sold 11,641 copies of fantasy adventure game Warcraft III in the first five days after launch. That meant the PC game, which cost about $108 per copy, raked in more than $1.26 million at retail."
.. and some interesting statistics on the console front..
"Meanwhile, Sony continues to win the battle of the consoles.
The PS2 - still riding high on its recent price drop from $499 to $399 - sold 8999 units last week, compared with 2293 for Xbox and 1327 for GameCube.
The PS2 sold 9233 units the previous week and 11,315 in the week of the price drop."
