Game On: Bringing the lads back

Location

Free to Public!
All Welcome!

Where: The Glasshouse, QUT Creative Industries Precinct, Kelvin Grove

The first year we ran the fabulous 48 hour game making challenge we had four teams – our winning team that year was SIF90 – they came – they coded – they conquered. Much adored and beloved the SIF90 lads have since gone their own separate directions and we want to bring them back!

A chat on making games, going indie and all stops in-between starring Tom Killen (The Voxel Agents - creators of Train Conductor) and Luke Muscat (Halfbrick Studios and lead designer on Fruit Ninja) with special guest star Henrik Pettersson the viking half of the team from QCA (The Sword Lady and The Viking) who won the 2010 Freeplay best design award for Up-Down-Ready... and whose team won the overall indie winner in the 2010 48hr game making challenge...
