NickVic3Gi: Victoria's Creative Talent Goes Mobile

Company

Film Victoria Chief Executive Officer Sandra Sdraulig will this month announce details regarding NickVic3Gi: a joint Film Victoria and Nickelodeon Australia mobile phone initiative.

Enabling the creation of fantastic 3G content in Victoria, the $50,000 fund will support the development of a mobile phone delivery application specifically designed for tech-savvy 10 - 12 year olds.

The project is an exciting opportunity to showcase Victoria's next-generation of media creativity.

Film Victoria actively invests in the digital media sector through its Digital Media Fund. Every year, the Fund supports the development of innovative content, digital animation and game prototypes, and stimulates the talent pool of local practitioners.

Global children's entertainment brand Nickelodeon regards NickVic3Gi joint initiative as an opportunity to create truly kid-focused content in an entirely new medium.

Further details will be unveiled on Wednesday 27 September at 11:00am.
