In theme of International Talk Like a Pirate day (September 19), Team Pok Pok would like to share with you a preview of their new indie mobile game, Captain Skyro.

Captain Skyro takes you on a swashbuckling adventure of pirates, treasure and challenging enemies as you climb your way into the sky.
This game is a mobile release of Team Pok Pok's early Flash game, Captain Skyro: Cloud Climber. The original Captain Skyro has had over 2 million plays online and was the winner of the MochiAds ‘Become a Rock Star’ Competition in 2008.
This time round we've packed in all the features we wish we could have included in the first Skyro. We now have new graphics, greater movement and variation in the level design, enemies, treasure and level challenges to make this game a much more rounded production.
Utilising Adobe's AIR for Android we plan to release to the Android market in late 2011, followed by iPhone and other platforms.
