Featuring award-winning music from over 20 blockbuster video games, PLAY! A Video Game Symphony will make its premiere in an exclusive Australian season this June at the Sydney Opera House following sold out tours across North America and Europe.

The first event of its type at the Sydney Opera House, PLAY! is a two hour must-see event for gamers, soundtrack fans, anime buffs and serious music lovers.

Under the baton of Grammy-Award winning Composer, Conductor and Music Director Arnie Roth; PLAY! will feature award-winning orchestral music from popular video game titles brought to life by the Sydney Symphony, the Cantillation Choir and outstanding graphics on massive screens suspended over the orchestra, cinematic in scope showing stunning gameplay sequences.

    I just hope they focus on the right types of music and score from classic video games. Probably best to stick to the tried and true Nintendo stuff. I can't think of a nintendo game that didn't have a great score.
