I have a client with a limited budget so we are holding a game design challenge in October with the chance to win an Android tablet device ( great for budding indie game designers to use for developing apps).
Anyway the client has decided he wants a simple point and click adventure game, 5 minutes of gameplay tops... to draw people to his music website.
You have only two weeks for this challenge starting the 3rd of October
But don’t stress! We want you to use this amazing little open source point and click adventure game engine for Flash to create the game, it's call ALPACA
It lets you work within Flash's UI to design your own games with minimal coding.

Once registered you will be sent extra information on the morning of 3rd of October
a small design brief, artist press kit and rules.
