Ireland looks at Aussie games industry for help

AustralianIT reports that the Irish are looking at our local games industry to help improve theirs.

"IRELAND is turning to Australia for guidance on how to grow its video games development sector.

Two delegates from Enterprise Ireland, a government agency devoted to fostering IT, are talking to government and industry representatives in Australia this week.
Australia has a reputation as a low-cost, high-quality game development centre. Export earnings reached $100 million in the last financial year....

Enterprise Ireland national informatics director, Jennifer Condon, said: "Australia has built a games industry with a global perspective and visibility."
