What are we looking for?

We are seeking a person with a passion for games and digital content to develop and manage Film Victoria's games and digital content programs and initiatives. The role will be responsible for maximising industry outcomes for these programs whilst ensuring compliance with government standards. This is an outstanding opportunity to join our Screen Industry Programs team for 2 years.

What do we do?

The Screen Industry Programs team are responsible for delivering effective, efficient and responsive industry funding programs and initiatives that meet our strategic vision.

You will be:

An experienced and strategically minded professional with relevant experience in delivering gaming and digital content initiatives. Your stakeholder and relationship management skills will be exceptional, and you will utilise these skills to increase the profile of Victorian games and digital content. You will thrive in a busy and deadline-driven work environment.

Expertise and qualifications central to this role include:

  • Substantial and current experience in the games and digital content industry.
  • High level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Distribution, sales and market knowledge.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with relevant games and digital content organisations.
  • Initiative, adaptable to change and solutions oriented.
