We're looking for our next Production Director to join our crew!
About the role...
The Production Director manages production teams across multiple projects, acting as the key liaison for external production partners including publisher relationship, porting, and external contractors. A key member of the Game Studio Leadership Team, they act as TIC in the Studio Director’s absence.
You'll be:
- Working with the executive team on negotiation of developer agreements
- Working closely with the Studio Director in strategic and long-term planning
- Managing Production and QA Teams, and external contractors
- Driving production strategy and working with the wider team to ensure successful delivery of projects

About you...
You'll have game studio management experience in a mid-to-large size team. You'll also need to have shipped multiple titles in a technical capacity, with detailed knowledge for the technical requirements to ship across multiple platforms, including PC, consoles and mobile.
