Aussie games to watch in 2009

AustralianGamer and Cnet have both compiled a great feature up covering games that are coming out this year from local game developers. While Cnet's list contains some small inaccuracies, both are quite an informative list covering pretty much all the notable titles that are (or believed to be) coming out this year.

There is a surprise mention in AustralianGamer's list, with the Godfather II game being link to the very low keyed Electronic Arts studio in Melbourne...

Their latest project is the PC port for the game based on the 2nd movie in the Godfather trilogy. The game will apparently follow the same plot, although the flashbacks of vito Corleone's early life in Sicily won't be featured, and there is no involvement from Al Pachino or Francis Ford Coppola. Robert Duvall will return to voice Tom Hagen however.
