Gamespot has a first look at Puzzle Quest: Galactric by Infinite Interactive who were showing off a demo to punters at the Game Developers Conference '08 held just last week. The folks at Gamespot noted some of the similarities to their previous Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords title, as well as some of the big changes that take place between battles. ...in Galactrix, your quest will span planets, star systems--and perhaps even the entire galaxy. A number of other gameplay systems will underpin your mission....there will be ship building, allowing you to collect blueprints you can use to construct new and varied ships for your fleet then customize their weaponry for different kinds of enemy encounters.
