If you haven't noticed, Krome have had positions opened for a while now for artists and programmers. They're based in Queensland. http://www.krome.com.au http://www.kromestudios.com/jobs.htm Graphic Artists --------------- We are looking for experienced 3D artists to work on our upcoming titles. Qualifications Previous experience in the gaming industry is preferred Familiar with 3D Studio MAX and/or Lightwave environment Excellent general artistic ability including sketching and drawing BA Degree in a design discipline an advantage Thorough understanding of the game production process Strong 3D modelling and animation background Good communication skills Strong team skills Strong desire to make games Ability to take direction Responsibilities Produce quality art assets within project schedule to team standards as directed by Lead Artist Must be willing to work flexible hours to meet deadlines Programmers ----------- We are looking for experienced Programmers to develop on Next Generation gaming platforms. Qualifications Strong desire to make games Ability to take direction Must have held a programming position throughout the development of at least one published game title 2+ years experience in game development Knowledge of and experience with C/C++ B.S. Degree in Computer Science preferred Thorough understanding of the game production process Strong 3D and math background Good communication skills Strong team skills Willing and able to learn by immersion Responsibilities Develop well designed software within project schedule to team standards as directed by Lead Programmer Document source code Must be willing to work flexible hours to meet deadlines
