Working out of our Brunswick studio within a  40+ staff company (and growing) there will be plenty of opportunities to grow your career and explore many avenues of personal development. Applicants need to be extremely organized and happy to work with a super creative team.  With growth comes plenty of challenges and if you thrive in that situation this is the role for you.  Assisting the team to optimize productivity is the roles key position whilst assisting as a part time PA for the director.  

We are a close-knit team and are looking for a long term team member that is seeking opportunities to grow with the company.  

This role is Full Time, Monday to Friday 9:30am-6:00pm or potentially part-time as negotiated, located at Brunswick, Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries and emails
  • Booking travel
  • Handling expenses
  • Assisting in Events including internal social events
  • Assisting with Office expansion
  • Ability to provide day to day executive level support
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional report and correspondence writing skills
  • Demonstrated process improvement ability
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Xero and with an ability to become familiar with new software applications
  • Ability to sustain high level performance, problem solve and meet demanding deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.

Required Experience

  • have experience in managing emails
  • have experience either as a Junior PA or Strong Admin
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adaptable and flexible
  • A self-starter attitude as well as the desire and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Fluent English speaking, articulate and confident
  • Eligibility and right to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate visa holder)

$65k - $70k p.a.
