Grease Monkey Games is expanding and we're seeking some unity engineers to join the team! You can look forward to working with an amazing team of talented professionals, gaining professional experience in game development, releasing games on multiple platforms, integrating blockchain into gaming and working on amazing projects!

The ideal candidate will have experience in the video game industry, or an accompanying field, worked in a team environment, able to self-manage tasks, and is passionate about video games!

Key Responsibilities

  • Game Development: Responsible for designing and developing game features using the Unity engine, including gameplay mechanics, interfaces, animations, and other interactive elements.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize game performance to ensure smooth operation on different platforms, improving frame rates, and response times
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and provide timely updates on development progress and challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to ensure game design aligns with the art style, achieving a cohesive and consistent gaming experience.
  • Technical Research: Keep abreast of the latest technologies and trends in game development, continuously improving the team's technical expertise and innovation capabilities.

Required Experience

  • Experience and Skills: 2~3 years of Unity game development experience, proficient in C# programming, and familiar with the workings of the Unity engine.
  • Innovation: Passionate about game development and the ability to create innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with the game development lifecycle, able to plan development schedules and resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Multi-platform Experience: Familiarity with porting games to different platforms, including relevant technologies and best practices.
  • Learning Ability: Continuously learn and master new technologies and tools, adapting to the fast-paced game development environment.

  • Shipped a game on any platform.
  • Good knowledge of secondary language C++
  • passion for game development

Wage Range

Negotiable based on experience
