At Dinosaur Polo Club we value a healthy work-life balance where our Dinos can flourish both inside and outside of the studio. We have a creative team, opportunities for growth, and a wholesome, supportive studio environment.

We value diversity and believe that our team should be as varied and wonderful as the people who play our games all around the world. Differences such as disabilities, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity and any other aspects of various cultures and identities are important perspectives that contribute to an inclusive, well-rounded, and engaging work environment. We know we’re creating better games when we have varied perspectives and experiences contributing to them. Women, LGBTQ+ community, Māori and Pacific peoples  – we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will:

  • Create motion graphics, trailers, and static assets for launches, updates, and marketing campaigns.
  • Produce assets in multiple formats (vector, raster, motion, key art, capsule art) for store pages, social media and other channels.
  • Capture in-game footage of our titles and edit trailers, clips, key art, and high-resolution screenshots for product pages.
  • Create trailer storyboards, key art, and promotional concepts in collaboration with project teams.

  • Stay current with social trends and platform best practice (Instagram, Facebook, X, Bluesky, Reddit, Discord, YouTube).
  • Maintain organised, well-documented, and accessible working files across projects.

You’ll be:

  • Highly organised and dependable, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Flexible adapting to various placement branding guides from high polish to low-fi content
  • Confident working efficiently and cleanly, adding the polish and finishing touches that elevate campaigns
  • Familiar with branding and know how to package a visual identity across different channels
  • Familiar with different social media and video streaming platforms and what content stands out on each platform
  • Equally comfortable building content for big product launches and for smaller events and campaigns to support our live games and studio efforts
  • Experienced with creating trailers–you know the difference between a teaser, an announcement trailer, and a release trailer and why those differences matter

You’ll need a good working grasp of:

  • Adobe After Effects (trailers and motion graphics)
  • Adobe Illustrator (layouts, assets and exports)
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Storyboarding and workshopping both announcement and launch trailers for new games as well as shorter preview reels for existing games
