    Pardon my scribbles, rough concept so far. The head at the top right is the vandalised/damaged version. Still deciding which form I like better.

After some deliberation I'm messing with concepts for Talos, brass giant and defender of Crete. Can't decide if I should make him mechanical (gears and crap in the joints) or magical (fire or lightning).
