konami's bobble bubble.... but never played that many computer/ arcade games when i was a kid, so the rest just miss me...

4. Not sure about that one either. Maybe BC Kid?

so that leaves 2, 4, and 5.. one of them is an obscure but extremely fun C64 game, and the others are classics, so I ain't giving any more damn hints. .. speaking of C64, I just downloaded WinVice (C64 emulator that you can run in a window) and have been downloading all these 170k c64 disk images of games.. ahh the memories.. w00t.

Hey, correct with Hero and The Great Gianna Sisters :).. Hero was the obscure one actually. I didn't think anyone was going to guess that one!
