The Game Connect: Asia Pacific website has been updated with the date and location details of this years conference. GCAP07 will be held on the 15th of November till the 17th and will be rotated this time to the city of Sydney Melbourne. Kotaku reports that the Game Developers Association (GDAA) will pair up with the old eGames expo to provide an industry conference and gaming expo that will cater to those interested in game development as well as games.

It's official. The figures are in, and the Nintendo Wii has claim of the "fastest selling console in Australian history" title, with 100,000 units sold in six months and two weeks.
