Lead Designer of Krome's Legend of Spyro Cameron Davis is Gamasutra's latest target of their Media Consumption articles, where favorite games, movies, books and music are extracted for your pleasure. He gives high praise to Clerks 2 for some reason (I think it's Kevin Smith's worst, but in saying so, it's still alright) but makes up for it by admitting Tron ruined his life for the best:
It's the movie that transformed me from a normal, bike-riding, backyard-fishing, school-attending kid into a…

When asked if he believed the Australian gaming industry was on a decline, Robert had the following to say on the subject:

Aussie Nintendo has put together some quotes from those ‘in the business’, on their impressions of the Wii. These quotes originate from various sources.
Aussie CEO of Krome Studios, Robert Walsh, said the following to IGN here:

Nintendo admit that the Wii controller can be a little... destructive when it isn't held properly. According to Wiihaveaproblem.com, over-excited Wii gamers have managed to total seven televisions and two laptops so far, not to mention thirteen wrist straps. As noted by The Australian:
"Hold the remote securely and avoid excessive motion during game play. If your hands become moist, stop and dry your hands," the company recommended.
Nintendo also cautioned players to stay at least 1m away from…
PALGN reports that Aussie developer Auran will be shipping a bunch of games to the Australian market early next year. To quote the report:
In February, the publisher will be releasing Trainz Driver, Galactic Civilisations II: Gold Edition, Europa Universalis III and Front Line: Fields of Thunder. Silverfall and Spellforce 2: Dragon Storm will be following in March.
So, it looks like Auran has quite the batch on the way, ranging from strategy games such as Galactic Civilizations II and Europa…
The Aussie team over at IGN headed to Brisbane for their 'Developer Day' feature, to visit Krome Studios' place of conception and their primary studio. The team toured the vast building, escorted for a majority of the tour by Krome’s CEO, Robert Walsh. The tour visited many of the departments; from the art department, to tech support, to the ‘Hellboy Floor’ – where the team of sixty works valiantly on creating Krome’s upcoming title –…
I live in Mount Isa. It's a mining town not far from the Northern Territory border. Having moved from Brisbane, where gaming related paraphernalia and activities are as available as dirty magazines beneath a teenage boy?s mattress, I felt suffocated and starved at the pure lack of the sweet life nectar that a simple latest release poster can bring, let alone a store game section larger than my person in the fetal position, rocking back and forth, hoping it's all a terrifying nightmare.
But when…
