We've had various insights into where Auran went wrong last year, from Auran CEO, Tony Hilliam, and Lead Designer, Adam Carpenter, as well as various comments on Sumea, and now Doolwind has added his thoughts at his blog.
As an Auran Developments employee, Doolwind saw many problems first hand before he resigned, with complaints including Auran not listening to its employees, not retaining the great talent and teams that were on board, and putting too many eggs in one basket. From Doolwind's…

Hi folks,
Our next video from the coverage we captured from the Game Connect: Asia Pacific 07 conference is the presentation from the Adam and Kirk from Pandemic Studios Brisbane. It was one of the most informative sessions at the conference, and is highly recommended viewing for artists and art/creative directors everywhere. Hello.
This is Souri, and I have a New Years message.
I have a few hours to type up something interesting to sum up this year before I head off to prepare for my New Years celebrations of 2008, and at the moment I can really only come up with a few things I really want to talk about. These things are: Puzzle Quest, Auran, and Sumea.
The local games industry had an interesting year in 2007. We've had some incredible highs followed by some equally disappointing lows this year, and I'm sure you're…
